Spotlights of Raleigh

PNC Arena

Want to cheer on the local team, check out some college sports, or attend a concert? You can do it all at PNC Arena! This spacious event space is home to both the Carolina Hurricanes and the NC State Wolfpack, which means there's always something going on. It's also a popular venue for musical artists and public speakers, too.

North Carolina Museum of Art

Raleigh features some pretty amazing museums, but the North Carolina Museum of Art is easily one of the best. The NCMA opened in 1956 and was the first major museum in the country to be established by state funding. Today, it offers more than 40 galleries, rotating special exhibitions, and the nation's largest outdoor museum park.

State Farmers Market

Want to support North Carolina's farmers and artisans? Then you have to check out the State Farmers Market. Hundreds of vendors set up shop every day to provide fresh produce, meats, seafood, and baked goods. There's also an on-site restaurant that features cuisine crafted from locally-sourced ingredients!
